How to Refer

Alternatively, clients may bring a physical copy to their first session.

Better Access Initiative Requirements
Referrals under the Better Access Initiative must include:
Client's full name, date of birth, and address
Their symptoms or diagnosis
Current medications
Number of sessions referred for (maximum of 6 in the first referral)
Type of plan (Mental Health Treatment Plan or Psychiatric Assessment and Management Plan)
Fees and Rebates
Session fee: $300.
Medicare rebate (Better Access Initiative): $149.05
Out-of-pocket fee: $150.95.
